Chart 6: Missing Tags Diagnostic is (ironically) Missing

As noted by Ashanks:
"This chart was missing in original manual source documents despite being listed here. Is this a specific workflow that needs to be documented, or is it covered already in other diagrams here?"
Chart 6 is missing, seemingly replaced by Chart 6A. Not sure when this was introduced to the document.
