LX-800 With LXCOM Battery Notice

To conserve CMOS battery life during storage, it is left unconnected. Before powering up for the first time, connect the battery to J9 on the LXCOM board. After powering the APU up, set the clock (date and time) on the APU with the “T” command. (Refer to APU-102 System Operations Manual, Section 4). Perform a fast reboot (R,F) to save the time and apply DST rules. The clock may need to be reset after site parameters are uploaded. Commit timezone/DST changes to the protected partition with the “SHELL COMMIT” command.
