Record Definitions
Record 1 - DELIVERY TIME. This number specified the number of minutes that have elapsed between when the train cleared the site to when the host acknowledged receipt of the consist.
Record 2 - WAIT TIME. This number specifies the number of minutes that the unit was waiting to access the port (such as waiting for another session to finish reporting), or executing mandatory timeouts. If this time is greater than the DELIVERY TIME, it means that the unit was waiting for more that just the current train to be delivered.
Record 3 - BUSY COUNT. The number of BUSY messages received from the modem since the unit began attempting to contact the host to deliver the consist(s).
Record 4 - NO ANSWER COUNT. The number of “NO ANSWER” messages received from the modem since the unit began attempting to contact the host to deliver the consist(s). This functionality is not supported by all modems. The DT4070 does not support this functionality.
Record 5 - NO DIALTONE COUNT. The number of NO DIALTONE messages received from the modem since the unit began attempting to contact the host to deliver the consist(s).
Record 6 - NO CARRIER COUNT. The number of NO CARRIER messages received from the modem since the unit began attempting to contact the host to deliver the consist(s). This message is sent during the connection process to indicate that the modem was unable to negotiate an error free connection with the host modem.
Record 7 - FAILED TRANSFER COUNT. The number of times a connection was established with the host but was lost before data transfer was complete.
Record 8 - OTHER COUNT. Internal count used to report any other rarely seen events (such as channel exceptions).
