	<p>1)  Make sure that nothing is connected to the main terminal block.</p><p>2)  Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position (to the right).</p><p>3)  Place the common lead of a multimeter into the ground test point in the upper left corner of the power supply board.</p><p>4)  Select OHMS on the multimeter.</p><p>5)  Place the positive lead on pin 2 of the main terminal block. The value should be 0 (zero) to 1 (one) ohm.</p><p>6)  Now place the positive lead on pin 1 of the main terminal block. The value should be greater than 200 ohms.</p><p>7)  Disconnect the Molex connector that runs between the card cage and the power supply board.</p><p>8)  Verify that the power to the reader board is disconnected.</p><p>9)  Turn the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position (to the left).</p><p>10)  Install the test block with +24RDC into the main terminal block. Pin 1 is +24VDC and pin 2 is ground.</p><p>NOTE: Procedures for +12VDC units are the same except for the input voltage.</p><p>11)  Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position (to the right).</p><p>12)  Select DC volts on the multimeter with a range that will measure +24VDC.</p><p>13)  Verify that LEDs CR1, CR2, and CR3 on the power supply board are ON.</p><p>14)  Verify that DC voltage is as follows:</p><p><br></p>		<p>1)  Make sure that nothing is connected to the main terminal block.</p>
