= Power Board Output Test (Molex Connector) =
<p>1)&nbsp; Make sure that nothing is connected to the main terminal block.</p>
<p>2)&nbsp; Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position (to the right).</p>
<p>3)&nbsp; Place the common lead of a multimeter into the ground test point in the upper left corner of the power supply board.</p>
<p>4)&nbsp; Select OHMS on the multimeter.</p>
<p>5)&nbsp; Place the positive lead on pin 2 of the main terminal block. The value should be 0 (zero) to 1 (one) ohm.</p>
<p>6)&nbsp; Now place the positive lead on pin 1 of the main terminal block. The value should be greater than 200 ohms.</p>
<p>7)&nbsp; Disconnect the Molex connector that runs between the card cage and the power supply board.</p>
<p>8)&nbsp; Verify that the power to the reader board is disconnected.</p>
<p>9)&nbsp; Turn the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position (to the left).</p>
<p>10)&nbsp; Install the test block with +24RDC into the main terminal block. Pin 1 is +24VDC and pin 2 is ground.</p>
<p>NOTE: Procedures for +12VDC units are the same except for the input voltage.</p>
<p>11)&nbsp; Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position (to the right).</p>
<p>12)&nbsp; Select DC volts on the multimeter with a range that will measure +24VDC.</p>
<p>13)&nbsp; Verify that LEDs CR1, CR2, and CR3 on the power supply board are ON.</p>
<p>14)&nbsp; Verify that DC voltage is as follows:</p>
